Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a late rescheduling and/or cancellation fee. No call no shows will result in you no longer being able to book with me in the future. You will also be responsible for 100% of the booked service(s).
